How to get big Chest?

Frindz today we will discuss on the important part of our body ,yes that is chest.Frindz in my previous Posts i told you if you trained a specific part of your body daily then it may be caused injury in your muscles.For bigger muscles a proper rest is required.
Frindz i will tell you the best exercise of the chest .Must read these exercise carefully and performed accurately .

Lets Start first Exercise is
1: Benceh Press
Bench press is very effective exercise for chest strength. 5 sets with 10-12 reps are very effective for chest.first 2 sets are warmup with low weight but the second three setsare working with heavy weight. I am going to show you in the image how to perform bench press.Go to gym and perform bench press same as it is.

2: Dumbelle Flyes
Dumbell Flyes is also effective exercise for chest size. 5 sets with 10-12 reps are effective for chest.first 2 sets are warmup with low weight but the second three setsare working with heavy weight.
